SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

These Subscription Terms (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of any trial or auto-renewing subscription for the GetFeels Service. They form part of the GetFeels Terms and Conditions of Use.

1. TRIAL

We may offer a free or paid trial subscription for the Service.

  • Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged the price shown on the payment screen for the chosen subscription period.

  • Trial availability, duration, and included features may vary and will be disclosed at the time of activation.

  • We may limit your ability to take advantage of multiple trials.

2. SUBSCRIPTION

  • A subscription provides access to premium features of the Service (for example: higher message limits, full analytics, and AI summaries) for a chosen period (e.g. weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual).

  • The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (week, month, quarter, year, or other, depending on your choice at purchase) until you cancel.

  • Unless otherwise stated, the subscription price will be charged at the start of each billing period.

3. PAYMENT METHOD

  • Payment will be charged to the payment method you submit at the time of purchase, at confirmation of purchase.

  • By starting a subscription, you authorize:

    • the relevant app store (if you purchase via an app store), or

    • our payment provider (if you purchase via the GetFeels website)

  • to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method, including for any renewal periods unless you cancel in time.

If your payment method cannot be charged (for example, card expiry or insufficient funds), we may suspend or downgrade your subscription until payment succeeds.

4. CANCELLATION

Cancelling your subscription disables future automatic renewals, but you will retain access to the subscription features for the remaining time of the then-current paid period, unless we state otherwise. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscriptions.

If you purchased a subscription or enabled a trial via App Store (Apple)

  • You can cancel a trial or subscription at any time by turning off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings.

  • To avoid being charged, cancel in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current subscription period.

  • Only you can manage your subscriptions. For more details, see Apple’s support pages.

If you purchased a subscription or enabled a trial via Google Play

  • You can cancel a trial or subscription at any time by turning off auto-renewal in your Google Play account settings.

  • To avoid being charged, cancel in your Google account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current subscription period.

  • Only you can manage your subscriptions. For more details, see Google’s support pages.

If you purchased a subscription or enabled a trial on the GetFeels website

  • You can cancel a trial or subscription via your account settings or by contacting support@getfeels.ai.

  • Cancellation stops future renewals; your access to premium features usually continues until the end of the current paid period.

5. CHANGES TO SUBSCRIPTION FEES

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, we may change subscription fees at any time.

  • We will give you reasonable notice of any pricing changes (for example by posting the new prices in the Service and/or sending you an email).

  • If you do not wish to pay the new fees, you can cancel the relevant subscription before the change goes into effect.

  • Changes in price will not affect the current billing period; they apply from the next renewal.

6. REFUNDS

  • If you purchased a subscription or enabled trial on App Store: If you are eligible for a refund, you can request it directly from Apple by following these instructions. Alternatively, you may contact our support team regarding any refund-related inquiries or concerns. We will review and process such requests in accordance with our refund policy and applicable regulations.

  • If you purchased a subscription or enabled trial on Google Play: If you are eligible for a refund, you can request it directly from Google by following these instructions. Alternatively, you may contact our support team regarding any refund-related inquiries or concerns. We will review and process such requests in accordance with our refund policy and applicable regulations.

  • If you purchased a subscription or enabled trial on our website: To the extent permitted by applicable law, purchases made via our website are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable, unless otherwise is stated herein or is required by applicable law.

NOTE FOR EU CITIZENS:

If you are an EU user, you have a period of 14 days to withdraw from a contract, without giving any reason, and without incurring any costs.

Subject to the above clause, to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by e-mail. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you have been presented with, and you have provided your prior express consent to begin the performance during the right of withdrawal period and acknowledgment that you will lose your right of withdrawal, then, unless the Service is defective, you will not be eligible for a refund in relation to digital content and will only be eligible to a proportional refund in relation to digital service. If this provision applies, we will provide you with a copy of the confirmation of your prior express consent and acknowledgment on a durable medium.
