PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data is collected when you use the GetFeels mobile application (the “App”), the website located at https://getfeels.ai (the “Website”), and the services and products provided through them (together with the App and Website, the “Service”), and how that data is processed.
By using the Service, you confirm that:
you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy, and
you are at least 18 years of age.
If you do not agree, or are unable to make this promise, you must not use the Service. In that case, you should:
stop using the Service and delete the App from your devices; and
contact us at support@getfeels.ai if you want us to delete your data and/or help you cancel active subscriptions.
“GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation).
“EEA” means the European Economic Area (for this Policy, it also includes the UK).
“Process” means any operation on personal data (collecting, storing, using, sharing, etc.).

We collect data you give us, data from third parties, and data collected automatically when you use the Service.
2.1. Data you give us
If you use the Service, you may provide:
Account data – email address, password or authentication token, optional display name or nickname, and your settings.
Well-being and interaction data – the text you enter into the Service, for example:
AI chat messages;
mood logs and tags (e.g. “work”, “family”, “exercise”);
habit tracking entries (e.g. sleep, meditation, walking);
exercise selections, responses, and reflections.
Support and communications – information you provide when contacting us (e.g. support requests, feedback).
We do not ask you to upload images, videos, or other file types; the Service is based on text-only input. Please avoid sharing personal data about other identifiable individuals without their consent.
2.2. Data provided by third parties
Sign-in providers – if you sign in with Apple, Google, or similar, we may receive basic account data from that provider (e.g. name or nickname, email address, and an identifier).
Payment providers and app stores – when you make a purchase, we receive limited transaction data: date, time, amount, currency, and status. We do not receive or store your full card number.

When you use the Service, we may automatically collect:

provide AI chat, mood tracking, habit tracking, mental-fitness exercises, and AI summaries;

Contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) – to provide and operate the Service, including your account, features, and subscriptions.
Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) – for example, to:
improve and secure the Service;
understand how the Service is used;

Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) – where required, for example:

Where you choose to share sensitive well-being information (e.g. emotional state in text entries), we process it:
only for the purpose of providing the Service (AI chat, tracking, summaries), and
in anonymised or aggregated form for analytics and improvement where allowed by law.
You may withdraw consent at any time (for example via settings or by contacting us), but this will not affect processing already carried out.
5. WITH WHOM WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We do not sell your personal data. We share personal data only as described below.

7. AGE LIMITATION
The Service is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly process personal data from persons under 18.
If you learn that anyone under 18 has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@getfeels.ai and we will take appropriate steps to delete such data and, where applicable, disable the account.
8. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
We are based in Cyprus (EU). Some of our service providers may be located outside your country or the EEA/UK.
Where your personal data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as:
Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or
adequacy decisions, where available.
